YSOD DANCE COMPANY

Our Starlighters Dance Company welcomes dedicated dancers into its fold by invitation only. With a demanding schedule that includes competing in three regionals per season and alternating nationals every other season, our Starlighters company fosters excellence in the art of dance.

Beyond competitions, our Starlighters grace the stages of Edison Township and embark on captivating performance trips across the USA. To nurture their dancers' growth, the company invites renowned guest teachers and conducts transformative master classes, honing their skills and inspiring them to reach new heights.

The Starlighters Dance Company is for serious dancers who embrace the rigor of a team sport environment. Its commitment to developing well-rounded performers extends beyond the dance studio, fostering a sense of camaraderie, discipline, and a passion for pushing boundaries in the pursuit of excellence.

Our many performances over the years include MSG for the Knicks, Carnival cruises, NJ Devils game, the Harlem Globetrotters, Walt Disney World, Nashville, TN and NYC. They compete in 2-3 regionals per year and one Nationals in the summer.  They attend conventions and we also bring in amazing guest teachers (Savion Glover, Phil Wright, the Rockettes).
